Defeating Goliath
God,
I am thankful that every situation that I have lived through has prepared me, up to this point, to live into the purpose you have for me. Every tear, every moment of sadness, frustration, confusion, joy and accomplishment has been the necessary fuel for me to unlock the purpose you have destined for me that resides in my spirit. I will not dwell in those low moments. Thank you, God, for making me stronger even when I am weak! Your Word says that you make all things new. Today I affirm and receive the newness of life that provides the clarity for me to receive the purpose you desire for me to take charge of.So Lord, as I prepare to receive and live into the blessings of this new day, I thank you for hearing my prayer. I pray for change and transformation. I pray to evolve into the person you have destined me to be.
I pray to be the disciple of Christ that you need in this world. I know this change will not happen overnight. But God give me the strength to keep growing, keep changing, keep become more and more like you. This is my prayer to you in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen
